Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Divine Power Creative LLC ("Divine Power," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit divinepower.io, take our growth diagnostic, or contact us (together, the "Site"). It also describes the rights you have over your information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you take the diagnostic, request the report, or book a call, we collect your name and email, your diagnostic answers and the resulting scorecard, and anything you include if you email us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical and usage information — such as your IP address, device and browser, general location (your time zone and language), and how you reached us (the page that referred you and any campaign link you followed). We use this to understand where our visitors come from and to keep the Site working and secure.

Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses essential local storage to remember your diagnostic results in your browser. If we enable analytics, those services may set cookies to measure Site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; see Your choices below.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: your consent (for marketing emails and optional analytics), our legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, understanding lead sources, securing the Site), and performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (delivering the diagnostic and scheduling calls). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business — and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites we link to.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and (under the GDPR) to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

To exercise any right, or to unsubscribe, email connect@divinepower.io. You can also unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

7. International transfers, security, and children

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States; where required we use appropriate safeguards. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change. Questions or requests: connect@divinepower.io, or Divine Power Creative LLC, 4030 Wake Forest Road STE 349, Raleigh, NC 27609, USA.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of divinepower.io. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About our services

Divine Power is a growth firm for founder-led e-commerce and B2C brands. The Site describes our services and lets you take a free diagnostic and request a call. The Site itself is not an offer or a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which controls in the event of any conflict with the Site.

2. The free diagnostic

The diagnostic and any scorecard, report, or estimate it produces are provided for informational purposes only, are based on the answers you give, and are not a guarantee of results, professional advice, or a promise of any specific outcome.

3. No professional advice

Content on the Site is general information about marketing and operations. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as such. Decisions you make based on the Site are your own responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, methodology, and services — are owned by Divine Power or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping or automated data collection without permission, no submission of false information or anyone else's personal data without authorization, and no unlawful use.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Power will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — such as for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Divine Power harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Questions, disputes & governing law

If you have a question or concern about the Site or these Terms, email us first at connect@divinepower.io — we'll always try to work it out directly before anything formal. Anything relating to a paid engagement is governed by the separate agreement you signed with us, not these Terms. If a matter can't be resolved informally, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA (without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules), with the state or federal courts in Wake County, North Carolina as the venue. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated version.
