How are you different from an agency, consultant, or course, and do you actually do the work?

An agency executes one channel. A consultant hands you advice on the big picture. A course hands you a framework and leaves you to run it alone. We do the full cycle, which is why we call ourselves a growth partner and not any of those. We analyze your store, design the roadmap, set the standard for how each system should run, then work alongside you to build it. You get the strategy and the execution, owned by the same people.

How fast can we see results?

Your Blueprint ends with a 90-day plan of specific actions, so you leave with a clear sequence, not a vague promise. How fast results show depends on which systems we're fixing and where you're starting from. We don't sell "double your revenue in 7 days." We aim for long-term growth with early wins along the way, and your plan spells out what's realistic for your store.

How would we start, and what does working together look like?

We start with the Blueprint, so we both have the full picture before committing to a plan. It's guaranteed: if it doesn't show you at least its own cost back in opportunity, you don't pay. Clients tell us it's the first real clarity they've had on what's next, which is rare as a founder. From there we build a plan that fits your goals and your capacity, and we implement together. What's the investment?

Engagements start at $3,000 with the Blueprint: a fixed, scoped project, and it's guaranteed. If we don't show you at least that much back in opportunity, you don't pay. What if I'm already working with an agency?
